2. Products
2.1. All products offered on this website are handmade linocuts. Due to the nature of traditional printmaking, slight variations in prints may occur, which add to their unique character.
2.2. Images and descriptions of the products are provided for informational purposes. The final product may vary slightly due to the handmade process.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. Orders can be placed via this website.
3.2. Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, and other country-specific payment gateways.
3.3. All prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN), British Pounds (GBP), and Euro (EUR) and do not include VAT, as the activity is exempt from VAT under Article 113(1) of the VAT Act (Poland).
3.4. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received.
4. Shipping
4.1. Shipping is available only within Europe.
4.2. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and chosen shipping method. These details are provided at checkout.
4.3. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Returns and Complaints
5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, in accordance with Polish consumer protection law.
5.2. To initiate a return, please contact me at hello@nataliatredo.com. The product must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5.3. Complaints about damaged or defective products must be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving the item. Photos of the damage should be included.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. All personal data provided during the order process will be handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish privacy laws.
6.2. Your data will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., shipping companies).
