Shipping Costs

Location-dependent – prices visible at checkout. Example prices:

  • Poland: ~18 PLN (via DHL courier)
  • Europe: ~65 PLN/ ~15 EURO (via DHL courier)

Shipping Details

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has been shipped.

Additional Information

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Europe.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order to avoid delays or issues.
  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns

We aim to provide high-quality handmade products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Right of Withdrawal

  • As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Polish consumer protection laws.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@nataliatredo.com with a clear statement of your decision to return the item.

Return Process

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
  2. Returns should be sent to the address provided upon contacting us.
  3. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the return conditions. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage in your email for a quicker resolution.
  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a replacement where possible.
